ChromSmart® is designed to improve the productivity, consistency and usability of analytical
processes. The system combines supervisory control with rule-based reasoning of data. Data can
include physical/chemical property information, real-time time measurements (UV, pressure,
temperature, etc.), user preferences, and equipment state. Based upon this data ChromSmart®
automates decisions and implement experiments. Applications include process management for
high-throughput screening (HTS) laboratories, and supervisory control of method development
analytical laboratories, and walk-up/open-access systems.
