Computer Validation and 21 CFR Part 11
ILS personnel have the skills to support computer validation of control systems, databases and
related hardware. This includes computer validation for strictly software based systems in the
form of SCADA and databases but also control hardware systems such and instrumentation, PLC,
and HMIs. ILS works with the customer on such aspect as requirement, design and testing
specification and related IQ/OQ/PQ requirements. ILS can also offer continual support through
training and training material development. ILS also can provide the software components,
documentation and training for 21 CFR Part 11 Electronic Records.
Database Administration and Reporting
ILS has experience applying SQL compliant databases to batch, continuous, and manufacturing
processes. This includes applying Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle for the purposes of recipe
management, data historian and electronic reporting. ILS personnel can quickly understand your
needs, interface with IT, and quickly develop and deploy a solution. Complete documentation is
available to meet validation requirements. In addition, 21 CFR Part 11 requirements can be
designed into any deployment.
